Who we are

Mango Studio is a marketing agency based in Hurghada, Egypt. We're responsible for the personal information collected on mangosstudio.com. You can reach us at hello@mangosstudio.com or +20 109 5223 843.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our two forms:

• Contact form: your full name, company, position (optional), email, phone or WhatsApp number, the services you're interested in, your monthly marketing budget (optional) and your message.
• Company profile form: your full name, work email and position.

With each form we also record the page you sent it from, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), so we know which of our marketing brought you here.

To block spam, our server also keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for one hour, then discards it.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver that work.
• To send you one confirmation email when you use a form.
• To give you our company profile, and to follow up once to see if it helped.
• To understand which of our marketing works, so we spend our own budget better.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it goes

When you send a form, our own web server emails your details to our business inbox and adds them to a private Google Sheet that only our team can open, so we can keep track of every request. We don't use any outside form service.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without cookies. If you click Accept on the cookie notice, we may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to count visits and see which of our ads bring people here. These tools set cookies and share usage data with Google and Meta under their own privacy policies. If you click Decline, they don't load.

We remember your choice in your browser's local storage. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will ask again.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and profile requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the length of our work together and for any legal or accounting requirements.

Your rights

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you can ask us to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that's wrong or out of date;
• delete your information;
• stop using it for follow-ups or measurement.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to our inbox is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
