Social Media Management

Content people actually stop scrolling for.

Social media management for businesses in Hurghada and across Egypt, in Arabic and English. We plan it, make it, post it and answer the comments, then cut whatever isn't working and do more of what is.

Content strategy

Posting every day isn't the job. Getting the stop is.

Most feeds fail for the same reason: they're full of what the brand wanted to say, and empty of what the audience wanted to see. We start from the second list.

  1. Plan

    Content planning

A monthly calendar you approve first

Built from what your audience engages with, what your competitors are missing and what you need to sell this month.

  2. Make

    Content production

Design, copy, photo and short-form video

Made in Arabic and English, in your brand's voice, and shaped for each platform instead of copied across all of them.

  3. Run

    Publishing and community

    Posting, comments and messages

We post at the right times and answer people the way a person would, so the comments work for you too.

What we do

What's actually in the work

  • Content calendar

A month planned ahead, tied to your offers, your seasons and whatever is working right now.

  • Copywriting

Captions and scripts in Arabic and English that sound like you, not like a template.

  • Short-form video

Reels and TikToks planned around the first three seconds, because that's where the stop happens.

  • Design

Posts, carousels and stories that look like your brand, not like the rest of the feed.

  • Community management

Comments and messages answered quickly and politely, with leads passed straight to your team.

  • Monthly reporting

What grew, what brought enquiries and what we're dropping next month, in plain language.

How we work

Four steps, every month

  1. Audit

Your pages, your audience and your competitors, so we know what people stop for and what they scroll past.

  2. Plan

A month of content on one calendar. You approve it before anything goes live.

  3. Make

Design, copy and video, produced in Arabic and English and posted on schedule.

  4. Measure

We keep what performs, drop what doesn't and plan next month around it.

How we measure it

Followers are nice. Customers pay the bills.

Before we start, we agree on what social media should do for your business, whether that's bookings, messages or people walking through the door. Every report is built around that.

Your monthly social media report

What you'll see

  • Messages, calls and bookings that started on social media.
  • Which posts got saved, shared and sent to friends, and why we think they worked.
  • How your audience is growing, and whether it's the right audience.
  • What we posted, and what we're changing next month because of the numbers.

What you won't

  • Likes reported as if they were sales.
  • Follower counts with no word on who those followers are.
  • Reach charts that never mention a single enquiry.

Straight talk

What social media won't do for you

  • It won't go viral on demand.

Nobody can promise that, us included. What we can promise is content built on what your audience responds to, getting better every month.

  • It won't replace ads.

Organic reach on most platforms is limited. Good content makes your ads cheaper and easier to believe, but most brands need both.

  • It can't fix a bad experience.

If customers are unhappy, great posts just make the comments louder. If we see that, we'll tell you.

Questions

What people ask us about social media

Your question isn't here? Ask us
How many posts will you make each month?

It depends on your goals and your audience, not on a package. After the audit we'll suggest a mix of posts, reels and stories, and explain why each one is there.

Do you work in Arabic and English?

Yes. Everything we make runs in Arabic and English, and we don't just translate. Each language gets its own captions and ideas, because the same joke rarely lands twice.

Which platforms do you manage?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn are the usual ones. We'll recommend where you should be based on where your customers actually spend their time, and that's often fewer platforms than you'd think.

Will you reply to comments and messages?

Yes, community management is part of the work. We agree with you on how to answer common questions, and anything that looks like a lead goes straight to your team.

Do you shoot photos and videos?

Yes. We plan shoots around the content calendar, so every session gives us material for weeks, not for one post.

How soon will we see results?

Engagement usually picks up within the first month or two, once the content is built around your audience. Turning that into steady enquiries takes longer, and you'll see the progress in every report.

Ready for a feed people stop for?

Tell us about your business and your pages. We'll take a look and tell you honestly what we'd change first.
